New York, NY I'm a 39-year-old TV producer living in New York City. I work for a food / travel show, and about every other month, I'm on the road for a week or more, surrounded by good food -- it is NOT easy to resist, and I typically gain about 5 lbs on each of those trips. I'm trying to break that pattern by establishing a good workout routine with ChaLean Extreme.
Part of my motivation for getting in I'm a 39-year-old TV producer living in New York City. I work for a food / travel show, and about every other month, I'm on the road for a week or more, surrounded by good food -- it is NOT easy to resist, and I typically gain about 5 lbs on each of those trips. Part of my motivation for getting in shape NOW: I'm going to be 40 in November, and this is my birthday present to myself -- to look the best that I possibly can, and go into my 40s kicking and screaming, and looking even better than I did in my 30s!

Oct 11, 2009: I'm a fairly active person, but my workouts tend to be sporadic - a long bike ride during the weekend, maybe a yoga class during the week -- nothing really consistent.
I'm on day 6 of ChaLean Extreme, and already, I'm SO psyched about this workout! I love her energy, and this is giving me the discipline that I need to get in shape.
I'm going to be 40 in 44 days, and this is my birthday present to myself -- to get in the best shape possible! Of course, I plan to keep going long after my birthday -- I'm just getting started!
