I'm 48 yrs. I have been away for 2 yrs.
Recently had a back injury which makes it even harder for me to workout. I have been going to physical therapy for core strengthening, but it's weak compared to PX90. So I am switching to PX90 hoping to get better results.
Any advise, and or support would be welcome.
