the name's candice. fitness is basically my life. there is nothing i enjoy more than summertime, being out at 5 am running the track with my dog. i'm an amateur boxer, just trying to get to my body's utmost fitness level and keep it there. the goal is 8% body fat. i also love surfing, snowboarding, running and fighting.

when i was in highschool i weighed in at about 230 pounds. one day looking in the mirror i just snapped. i was disgusted with myself for taking my weight that far and being so unhealthy. i began running everyday and working out at my schools gym 5 times a week. in about 4 months it paid off, i dropped down to approximately 160 pounds. after that i got into boxing and a few other fighting styles, but only boxing stuck. it's been about 6 years since i dropped weight and with a record of 11-0 in amatuer boxing i can't wait to move forward into the pros.
