22-year old college student that was soooo ready for a change. I started a real weight loss/tone-up plan 1/11/10 as a new year's resolution that included mostly my own cardio (elliptical or treadmill) along with the resistance exercises for abs, thighs and arms featured on the Slim in 6 DVD. I also had to change my eating habits, cutting out all drinks other than 1% milk and water,
