I've used Beachbody to help me lose 40lbs, and get in the best shape of my life. I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach to help others do what I did. Everyday (still) someone asks me how I did it. It's so simple, just decided to do it, then do it.

I started Power 90 on March 1, 2009, and completed on May 29, 2009. I lost
27lbs, and lots of inches!!!

Started Power 90 on March 1, 2009. I had great success getting the extra weight off. I lost aprox 27lbs.

Started P90X on March 29, 2009, lost 6 more pounds within the first couple of weeks. I finished P90X, Round 1, and was the most fit I have been in my life.

I ran my first Half-Marathon in Oct 2009. 1:55:57 total time, beating my goal of 2 hours.

Now I'm training for my first triathlon in 2010, using P90X as the basis for my fitness.
