Louisville, KY I've used Beachbody to help me lose 40lbs, and get in the best shape of my life. I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach to help others do what I did. Everyday (still) someone asks me how I did it. It's so simple, just decided to do it, then do it.
I started Power 90 on March 1, 2009, and completed on May 29, 2009. I lost 27lbs, and lots of inches!!!
I started P90X on May 31, I've used Beachbody to help me lose 40lbs, and get in the best shape of my life. I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach to help others do what I did. Everyday (still) someone asks me how I did it. It's so simple, just decided to do it, then do it.

I started P90X on May 31, 2009, and used it to lose another 13lbs over the next 90 days. I kept doing P90X for two more rounds.
I started Insanity in Jan 2010. After 60 days, I was in the best shape of my life.
I decided I would use my fitness to do what I've always wanted to do, and that was triathlon. So I trained all year in the swim/bike/run and sprinkled in P90X and Insanity workouts to keep my strength training and plymetric training going.
Now my goal for 2011 is to complete an Ironman. I'll let you know how that goes :)

Started Power 90 on March 1, 2009. I had great success getting the extra weight off. I lost aprox 27lbs.
Started P90X on March 29, 2009, lost 6 more pounds within the first couple of weeks. I finished P90X, Round 1, and was the most fit I have been in my life.
I ran my first Half-Marathon in Oct 2009. 1:55:57 total time, beating my goal of 2 hours.
Now I'm training for my first triathlon in 2010, using P90X as the basis for my fitness.
