As of today, my newest addiction is Shakeology. YUM!!!! If you are scared to try it, don't be. It will be the best money you ever spent. It has changed my life. Literally.

Besides, having twins, my husband and I were blessed with our son, who has Down Syndrome, as well as two heart defects, A/V Canal Defect with Tetralogy of Fallot. I have a busy schedule and a full life. Did I mention that I work full-time as well? Thanks to Shakeology, I am full of energy and can handle all that is thrown my way.
