I am a 27 yr old Mother of two girls, a 7 yr old and a 3 yr old. I have always been a heavy girl, and I dont know just one day, I got sick of my size 14 pants getting tighter and tighter. So I made a big step just deciding to switch from regular Dr. Pepper to Diet, trust me that was a huge step. I love love soda. So I made a big step just deciding to switch from regular Dr. Pepper to Diet, trust me that was a huge step. I love love soda. Then I went on craigslist and bought a cheapo elliptical, and been doing that an hour every day for a month now, and decided I wanted to try P90X. Yesterday was my first day, and I did as best I could with the Ab ripper and the chest and back, but I didnt not press stop on the player. Ill tell you what my body feels like jello today, and it FEELS SO GOOD! Since I started the elliptical a month ago i have lost 7 pounds, and hoping for the better results with P90X. I WILL NOT GIVE UP, I REFUSE TO!!!
