I'm 42 yrs old, happily married with 4 children. I'm a security consultant with pretty much an office job. I've always been actively involved in sports until the last few years. However, I've never been good at workouts or weightlifting. I want to get back in shape, feel better, and get stronger. The weight around my gut has got to go...hopefully move to other areas like

Well I don't really have a transformation story yet. I'm 41 years old. I have been getting everything prepared to start my workouts this coming Monday, 01/11/10. I have to say I am quite nervous about being able to stick with it. I've always been fairly athletic, but haven't been big on workouts and weight lifting. When I tell people that I'm in the worst shape I've ever been, they usually roll their eyes. I can sort of understand it because I am still a thin person. But I don't think everyone understands that your physical fitness is relative to you not your actual weight. I'll post my before picture soon. My main goal is to convert the weight around my gut to muscle in my chest, back and arms. And I believe in doing all this it will help me feel a lot better too. Wish me luck!
