My name is Crystal I'm 32 . I never really had weight issues, however over the years it was creeping up on me. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 great children one is 5 and the other is 2 and I want to better myself for them so they have a role model for later on in life that they will take care of themselves. I'm active, but my willpower sucks! and I'm great at commitment (as long as my knee and shoulder don't hurt me) I have lost about 20 pounds over the last year, just by changing up my eating habits and working out, well, now the workout that I have (and love) is just not working me out anymore, so I need to advance myself. I am doing CLX and now that TF is out (I want to do the hybrid) to better myself, to feel good look great and I want my husband to look at me they he did before my babies. I realized that I have to focus on myself a little more, so who cares if the dishes don't get done.......I'M WORKING OUT FIRST.......then the dishes. haha I workout everyday, however I'm terrible at signing in to the Super Gym! I'm trying to work on that
