I'm a 35 year old who started the quest to become more fit and healthy in 2010. I never struggled with weight until I was in college. It seems that since then I have battled the same 10-20 pounds. I have been successful at losing weight in the past but my weakness seems to be making a life long commitment of it.Once I lose the weight I go right back to my old habits and gain it back so my goal
