I became interested in Fitness & Nutrition when I was a freshman in high school. I was always an overweight child due to inactivity and poor eating habits. I decided to do something about it and I lost 50 pounds. I kept the weight off for about 7 years even during my first pregnancy. When I was pregnant with my second child I gained 65 pounds. Since then I have been taking a vacation from Fitness
