In 2004, I reached a point where I felt I was either going to let go and get old, continuing to feel sluggish, tired, and hungry all the time, OR make a decision to change my lifestyle and turn things around.

I decided to change and I committed to Power 90 in November 2004. I was pleased with the results I got from Power 90 and decided to commit to P90X in February of 2005.

I am very pleased with the results of 6 months total commitment to these two programs. I feel empowered and energized. I would not be in this position today without Power 90 and P90X. These programs are the real deal, and these programs WORK. I intend to continue to work these programs to try to be the best I can be.

For me, the programs are not just about looking better; they’re about feeling better and being better. The best part about these two programs is the simplicity – work the program as it is designed, show up and give it your best each day, and results happen. Period. You get out of it what you put into it.

I am grateful to Tony Horton and all of Beachbody for bringing these programs to us. You can’t put a price on the feeling I have now.

UPDATE

After 2 years of coping with a series of personal losses and setbacks, I have lost much of the gains that I had made with P90X, both internally and externally.

After starting in September with a 4x per week schedule of workouts from PHH, the Master Series, and One on One, I have decided to recommit to the X. Day One was Monday, November 16th, 2009.

It is time to renew and rebuild.
