I'm now working on the 5th week of P90X. I'm staying in line with my diet and on schedule with my P90X workouts. Week one I could only do 1 underhand pull-up and I'm already doing 4 without a chair. More ...
I'm now working on the 5th week of P90X. I'm staying in line with my diet and on schedule with my P90X workouts. Week one I could only do 1 underhand pull-up and I'm already doing 4 without a chair. My flexibility is improving and the soreness is at a minimum. I was expecting more weight loss but I have reduced my body fat significently. My clothes are already starting to fit better. I'm drinking the P90X recovery drink after every workout which I'm sure helps as well and taking the ActiVit vitamins. I have more energy to make it through my workday as well. Everyday I look forward to "Bringing It" to my P90X workouts with Tony. BTW, that Tony Horton is an animal!
