My name is Jackie I am 43 years old and a mother af four beautiful adult children and a grandmother of five gorgeous grandbabies. I live in Northern Nevada but have been all over the state at one time or another. I have been in the service industry most of my life but now I am commited to the Beachbody family full-time as an Independent Beachbody Coach. I have to admit that my fitness levels have been a roller coaster ride the majority of my life. I have been involed in sports followed by having children and feeling so overwhelmed by the weight gains that I just did nothing, which added to my depression. Then I would join a gym be very faithful for awhile and either move or lose interest and there went the weight again. My brother introduced me to the Beachbody Community in march of 2007 and I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. After trying out the products and following the videos I became very impressed with this program. They make it so easy to follow, with the meal plans, beginning and advanced videos and especially the personal support from the entire vast community that is available. That is why I comitted to it. The results that I saw in my body and my attitude were incredible. You always feel better emotionally when your body is healthy. Earlier this year I lost someone so close to me, I became crippled in my life. I stopped everything and spent a very long time in a dark hole. Because of that I lost much of the progress I had made. Recently I decided that I just can't live like this anymore, not caring about what I looked like, what I ate, what I did and my body reflected this attitude. I am just now coming back into the light and trying to recapture my life before my loss. I have begun again to go to WOWY (work out with you) and taking my supplements and pushing play again. I know that I have a long way to go but with the support of my God, my family and the Beachbody Community I firmly believe that I am back on the right track. I encourage all who come to my website, no matter what your situation, to allow Beachbody to help you reach your fitness goals. Not only is your health an issue but the emotional benefit from getting fit is priceless. I would love to help in any way I can.
