I just turned 40 and would like to be in better shape now than I was in my 20's and 30's. I lost 40 lbs 2 years ago, but I have gained 15 back in the last three months. P90X arrived today and I'm really excited about starting this program and look forward to a strong and lean body!!!!

Began gaining weight in my mid 20's and weight fluctuated between 20 - 30 lbs over ideal weight. Early to mid 30's weight skyrocketed to 205 lbs. I lost 40 lbs and kept 30 of those lbs off for the past year and half, but have gained 15 lbs since sept 09. My goal is to lose weight and build musle.
