All my life I have suffered from being overweight. When I was a child I used to get made fun of for being the fat girl. Because of that, I've never really had great self esteem. I have let my weight run my life. I've tried so many diets I quit counting. My weight has flucuated EXTREMELY from month to month, year to year. I guess you could label me as one the Yo-yo dieters.
I recently came to accept the fact that I have a compulsive over-eating disorder. Something I have know for quite some time but just didn't want to admit it. I realize the older I get what this is doing to my health and I'm hoping that this time I can change that.
