More statistics| drrcpatel I am a Family Physician. I enjoy playing soccer. I do weight resistance training 2 x week, and cardio (treadmill, spinning) 3-4 x week. I do not believe in gimmicks. Calories in vs. calories out! As a practicing physician, I see the effects of obesity in our population. I try to encourage my patients to be physically active and eat a well balanced diet and I try to lead by example. | ?
