I started p90x with my younger brother and started seeing and feeling results. I need to watch my health because my father has had a lot of heart problems and doctors told us boys to be as healthy as possible so that is what started it all. I also had been motivated by Josh Spencer and his transformation which really kicked it into high gear for me.
