I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years as an instructor/trainer in many class and private settings: yoga 200 RYT, Stott Pilates full certification level II, ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instrctor, ACE Clinical Exercsie Specialist, Johnny G Star 3 Instrutor, TRX Instructor Certified and I have my Bachelor's in Recreational Therapy and Kinesiology. Before all of this, I was an All-State athlete in basketball and volleyball. I have "lived" fitness and wellness my whole life and feel very blessed that I get to work my passion and help people live their best, healthiest life possible. In August of 2007, I opened my own studio with a staff that is just as passionate as I am and it has been an amazing journey. "Essence Mind Body Studio" is my second home now and the clients are so possitive and motivated to do their best. I named it "Essence" because I believe that to help anyone live their best, we need to focus on the essence of each individual... all that makes them who they truly are. The body is an amazing tool... keeping it healhty is one of the bext ways for us to express ourselves and live the life we are meant to live. My hope is to use the Beachbody products to enhance what I have already begun and to use them to help others take care of themselves.
