I am an actress and former jazz/hip-hop dancer who is married and I have two little boys; an almost 5 year old and an 18 month old. I had been doing really well with my weight, since following a weight-loss eating plan after my first son and was able to get down to the size and weight I wanted to be. I had been doing really well with my weight, since following a weight-loss eating plan after my first son and was able to get down to the size and weight I wanted to be. After my second son I had been doing pretty good by simply watching my diet and only needed to lose about 10 remaining pounds. I haven't worked out in 7 months though, because I had to start a new job working outside the home and with the change in my schedule, two little ones and a house to keep, when I had free time, I did not want to use it working out; I wanted to sleep! In addition to this, I had been experiencing borderline high blood pressure since my youngest son was born and pretty sure it was from stress and lack of excercise. I had been maintaining my weight for the most part, but then in a matter of two months, I gained 10 LBS. So now, instead of having to lose my remaining 10lbs, I need to get 20lbs OFF! With the Thanksgiving holiday being tomorrow and Christmas right around the corner, I knew I had to regain my discipline and get myself on a program. I began working out last Monday (11/12/07) and I am determined to lose this weight by the end of the year. MDB and WOWY are exactly what I need!! Motivation and Coaching!! If I stay FOCUSED - Fixed On Course Until Successfull - I know that I am going to achieve my goal! Trust and Believe!!

Being a dancer, I had always been able to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. But now that I am over 30 and have had two babies, my body ain't what it used to be. After my first son, I followed a program that did not require me to workout. It was all about my diet. I lost 25lbs and was loving life. Now, since having my second son, I'm back to the drawing board and in addition to loosing the weight, I have to get my blood pressure under control, so I need to workout. I plan to do Turbo Jam at least three times a week, in addtion to following a strict diet.
