I am married 8 yrs, to my high school sweetheart. We have 3 children. 2 Handsome boys- ages 7 & 5, and the most beautiful little 15 m/o baby girl you have ever seen. I've let my weight go over the years and have recently been trying to make healthy eating and fitness a part on my everyday life. I recently lost 29 lbs through improved eating habits. Now, I'm looking for some spice to kick those last 30 lbs out the door. I work full time. So with 3 children, time is limited. I know I need to make time and get healthy. Not only for myself, but for my family. A better me will make a better Mom.
