I have not been active for a few years now. In high school I was on the swim team and a powerlifter. I was a decent swimmer but really excelled in powerlifting.. I placed 4th at the state meet at age 15. Lifting weights and building muscle has always been an interest of mine even though I haven't done it in years. I played roller derby for a few years and was an MVP on my league but never went back after my pregnancy. That was the only form of exercise I had during my adult life. Now I am waiting for my power 90 DVDs to come in so I can start something new. After that I plan on doing P90X
I have just made a lot of new changes in my life... moved back to my home town, started a new job, and starting some new habits. Instead of sleeping until 11 and moping around the house wishing I had the energy to do more, I am waking up early enough to workout and enjoy my son before work. I'm ready to stop look at photos of how I used to look wishing I still looked that way and start living healthier and look and feel the better than I have my entire life!
