I am 46 years old and have been in martial arts for several years. I am married to my beautiful wife now for 26 years and we have two wonderful children who are grown up and away from home now. I have two grandchildren one boy and one girl. I am currently about 40lbs over weight. My goal is to be a fit grandpa so I can have fun with my grandchildren and keep up with them in their teenage years.

My goal is to be a fit grandpa so I can have fun with my grandchildren and keep up with them in their teenage years. I am retired from the U.S. Coast Guard as a Yeoman and was involved with Dessert Storm and Dessert Shield protecting our borders of the United States at sea. I am currently waiting on taking the Regional EMT-B test to become an licensed EMT. I am currently working in Geriatrics because I love taking care of old people they have great stories to tell. My major goal right now is getting to start the P90X program when it comes in and be able to see a big difference in how I feel and look. I am a Christian and look forward to every day that I can get fed by the Lord. I look forward to this program and hope to get great input by the staff and everyone involved with making themselves better.
