I'm an avid cyclist and a beginner triathlete. My goal here is to get back into the shape I was in when I was a competitive swimmer.

During the day I manage Automation,IT and PROMIS groups at Maxim. Which is rather stressful. I've found that long rides really help out in lowering that stress.

I started out at 245 lbs. and have been cycling pretty much daily and am down to 224, which is up from the 215 lbs I was at. But I had an accident on my bike right before Christmas that I'm still healing from. All part of the challenge of attaining my goal.
