More statistics| ebirkeland TIGARD, OR I'm an avid cyclist and a beginner triathlete. My goal here is to get back into the shape I was in when I was a competitive swimmer. During the day I manage Automation,IT and PROMIS groups at Maxim. Which is rather stressful. I've found that long rides really help out in lowering that stress.
