I've been thin my whole life and during periods where I worked out I'd start to put on some weight but never stuck with it long enough to see real results. I reached a milestone in my life recently and decided it was time to get serious and P90X seemed liked the perfect way to do it: I like how I can just pop in the DVD and follow along with the workout - I don't have to go to the gym or put any guesswork into my workout. The fitness guide is also a big help and I've been tracking all my meals. I don't really count calories but I do make sure I get the portions I need of every group.
I just finished Phase I and I can already see a difference (check out my before and after pics). So now I can't wait to see the difference after I finish all 90 days.
If you're doing the P90X program, esp. if you're in the same level as me, I'd love to hear your story and maybe we can encourage each other - to me that makes the journey easier when you have other people to help motivate you.
