My name is Sharlyn Carbonell. I was born and raised in Kaneohe, Oahu and
now reside on the island of Maui. I moved to Maui in April 2006 and
currently work as a Personal Assistant.

In 2003, I graduated in Athletic Training from the University of Hawaii at
Manoa, and started my career as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness.

My name is Sharlyn Carbonell. I was born and raised in Kaneohe, Oahu and

In 2003, I graduated in Athletic Training from the University of Hawaii at
Manoa, and started my career as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness.
Taking a Fitness Manager position in 2006 at 24 Hour Fitness Maui, it
transferred me to a new island and an exciting future.

I am a past Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports
Medicine and also have a Special Populations Certification. This certification
excels me in youth, elderly, and pre-natal optimal training. In addition to
this, I had a NASM Sports Fitness Specialist Certification. I have also been a
Licensed Certified Nurse Aide.

During my spare time, I like to be outdoors playing sports and enjoying the
beautiful Hawaiian Sun. I enjoy dancing hula and in the past have studied Tae
Kwon Do, which allows me to enjoy kick boxing. Working out in the gym is
always fun and I get in as much as possible, but I look forward the most to
playing outside to keep things exciting.

Like you, I have goals to achieve. I would like to gain muscle, define, and
reduce my body fast percentage. I want my energy levels to increase and feel
great!
