I'm 31 years old and last year I decided I needed to change my lifestyle and my looks. I entered a gym and went there for a whole year, only to have stopped after moving back to my country. I did diets, I went to a nutritionist, and although I did change some of my looks and my health, the "looks" part totally disappointed me when I saw other people have extreme changes in their bodies in less
I'm 31 years old and last year I decided I needed to change my lifestyle and my looks. I entered a gym and went there for a whole year, only to have stopped after moving back to my country. I did diets, I went to a nutritionist, and although I did change some of my looks and my health, the "looks" part totally disappointed me when I saw other people have extreme changes in their bodies in less than a year.
So I quit the gym, thinking I was not going to be able to ever reach my goal of being muscled and tried to just stick to a normal diet, giving myself lots of treats (icecream, hamburguers, etc) and stopping soda and eating out. I can't say I am not responsible for this, but being unmotivated didn't help, it felt like a circle: I didn't like the way I looked, I exercised, felt unmotivated by the lack of guidance and success, quit, didn't diet, then back to not liking the way I looked.
Now I decided to give this program a try, I had seen the infomercial, although I first thought the pictures were photoshopped like most infomercials out there, but still there was something that told me, this might work for me. I am currently unemployed and I was talking to a friend that said, hey you are unemployed, you have all the time of the world to workout and look good! So here I am, unemployed but loving this first week of P90X!!!
I am 168 pounds, but i do not wish to lose weight, I'd stay more or less in this numbers, just lose the belly and get muscled!!!
