I am a 30-something attorney who wants to be fit an healthy with a little help from my friends! I signed up for Beachbody and ordered P90X after seeing the infomercial and talking to my friend (now also my Coach), Jackie O. I have gained weight over the years and I work a busy schedule. I have found it difficult to schedule regular workouts, but that is changing right now.

When I saw the 90-day program, I was struck by the idea that in only 3 months, I could improve my body and be healthy. Some chronic conditions run in my family, and I want to avoid diabetes and high blood pressure. 3 months is definitely do-able. I am excited about the possibilities!
