Once upon a time I was pretty darned out of shape. And I was unhappy and unfit and unmotivated.
Happily those days are past. Over the past years, I have gone from a sedentary lifestyle to the madness of Insanity, running, biking and water sports. My kids enjoy a ton of sports and are competitively playing soccer and football. My husband completed a full Ironman in 2007 and enjoys triathlons and
