After being very active as a yougster, and spending a number of years doing some pretty physical labor, I moved into the office and the more sedentary lifestyle set in. I kept active for a while More ...

After being very active as a yougster, and spending a number of years doing some pretty physical labor, I moved into the office and the more sedentary lifestyle set in. I kept active for a while playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis but some extra weight, and bad knees has curtailed that. It's time to clean up the eating, and add some exercise, and get back in shape.
2/29 just got back from vacation, trying to clean up the eating and then will get rolling on the p90!
