Myrtle Beach, SC I am 39 years young and very happily married with two beautiful children ages 9 and 5. I am a Kindergarten Teacher by day and Fitness Professional by night! =) I LOVE to exercise. Before Beachbody, food had always been my enemy, never fueling properly or starving myself thin. NOW I KNOW I can't see the results without proper "fuel!" July 2009 will be my 5 yr ann. w/ BB/MDB! To date I have completed a variety of mixed rotations incl. Slim in 6, Project YOU, P90, Power Half hour, Slim Series,YBB,P90X, TURBO JAM and NOW Chalean Extreme! I guess you can safely say I am a Beach Body/MDB junkie!! =D I love the variety of workouts they offer that keep me motivated and fit! The meal plans included in each program are phenomenal and easy to follow! BEACH BODY AND MILLION DOLLAR BODY GIVE YOU ALL THE TOOLS TO SUCCEED AND BE A HEALTHIER YOU...BOTH INSIDE AND OUT!
2008 UPDATE: I have had some ups and downs with my weight when I suffered 2 back to back injuries in the fall of 2007. This led to feeling sorry for myself, and not focusing on the one thing I could control which was what I ate. I have had to retrain myself to workout differently which will benefit me in the long run. Each day I get stronger and I am overcoming that obstacle. I am going back to the basics of Michi's ladder. It's amazing how much I fell off the "food" wagon dipping into SO many 4 & 5 tier choices. Stay tuned in for my updates!!! =)
Beginning Chalean Extreme in January 2009...committing to working out at 6am before work! Cant' wait to see my results....
April 2009....I completed Chalean Extreme and am LOVING my results! Lots and Lots of inches released!! 10 lbs gone and never returning! I am smaller NOW than when I was 10 lbs lighter!! SOOOOO, People listen to them....Muscle Burns Fat!!! =)
