Boca Raton, FL Well I am 39 years Young. I live in Boca Raton,FL. Where I do not get to enjoy the beautiful beaches as much as I would love to.
As everyone else does every New Year, I made a Resolution to get in shape, start working out and lose weight. However, so far I did not do much about it. Finally, I saw the infomercial late at night and actually watched the whole thing. A few days after that, I Well I am 39 years Young. I live in Boca Raton,FL. Where I do not get to enjoy the beautiful beaches as much as I would love to.
As everyone else does every New Year, I made a Resolution to get in shape, start working out and lose weight. However, so far I did not do much about it. Finally, I saw the infomercial late at night and actually watched the whole thing. A few days after that, I went to visit my Brother who I had not seen in a few months. He looked great! He had lost about over 20 lbs. He said he did it with P90X. Well I came home thinking about it and finally went for it and bought it. So this time I had NO EXCUSES…!! I purchased P90X and started it on July 15th, 2009
My Goal is Nov 22, 2009 to be down to 200Lbs for my 40th Birthday. I Started at 238Lbs and I am 5'10". Yes, I took before pictures, which I will post once I am done with my 90th day. *Today is August 13, 2009 and this is my last week from phase 1. I will update my BIO after I get started… I am looking forward to posting my pictures and continuing ahead
*Today is September 29, 2009 and I am starting phase 3 tomorrow. I missed about 3 days of week 3 during this Phase so I went back and repeated the whole week.
I see many changes in my body. My shoulders, traps, chest, stomach, arms, etc.

• I am Starting on July 15, 2009. I weight 248.2 Lbs at 32% Body Fat. Yes, I am starting in real bad shape. I am doing this because in 4 months, I will be turning the Big 40. I am also doing it as More ...
• I am Starting on July 15, 2009. I weight 248.2 Lbs at 32% Body Fat. Yes, I am starting in real bad shape. I am doing this because in 4 months, I will be turning the Big 40. I am also doing it as a change of life style and for my own health benefits too. The workouts are rough, and I am having a great deal of problems trying to finish them without having to pause so many times.
• August 13, 2009. I weight 232.5 Lbs. I have not checked my body fat percentage but I feel much better and I can see and feel small changes in my body. In addition, my cardio is getting better but still struggling, especially with Yoga X.
• September 29, 2009. Weight: 230Lbs. Did not check my Body fat yet But I see big differences in my body. My chest, traps, shoulders, arms, stomach and legs look a lot different from the First day. I have also noticed my pants getting baggy and I have fit into a pair of pants that I had not worn in a long time. Over all I am Happy with the progress so far and tomorrow, I start the last week for Phase 2. I repeated a whole week because I had to miss a few days so I repeated week 3 of Phase 2.
