My name is Erin and I live in New Hampshire (in New England). I'm 29 and have been struggling to get in shape since I can remember. I tried Turbo Jam for about 6 weeks this past summer but 'fell off the wagon' when I was away from home for about a week. I got back into it full swing in December 2006. I was so happy that I came through on a personal commitment to fitness. My only goal was to shed about 25 lbs and see some muscle tome in my arms. It worked. By April 2007 I was comfortable in my skin. However, I didn't make any further commitment to myself and gradually slid off the wagon again. By mid-July I could barely button my "skinny" jeans! I knew I had to renew my commitment, and would try to do so every week, but I just couldn't seem to follow through this time.

Luckily in August 2007 my MDB coach, coach Christy, gave a challenge out to anyone who wanted to get involved: a six week challenge to see how well we could do, exercise/diet/personal achievement-wise. I am SO glad I'm in the midst of the challenge now. I've dropped some of the gained weight and have re-committed myself to a continued better way of living. I'm determined this time and will not give up!

At the end of this challenge all of the participants are required to submit their success story. I am hoping for great results!
