I am a 20 year old full-time college student with a part time job, trying to maintain physical fitness as I get busier in life. I love spending time with my boyfriend of three years and working out together when we both have time!

I have been jogging at a moderate pace for about 30 mins. a day almost everyday for about 4 months, I have lost around 6 pounds, but I would love to lose 5 more! I've also recently began adding in More ...
I have been jogging at a moderate pace for about 30 mins. a day almost everyday for about 4 months, I have lost around 6 pounds, but I would love to lose 5 more! I've also recently began adding in Turbo Jam workouts and Ab Jam workouts around 3-4 times per week as well! The programs are so much fun and that's how I found out about this website!
