Seriously, one of the best feelings of achievement you’ll ever have is when you finish a workout. And it only multiplies when you rock it for 90 days!
I’m young and I’m still gaining wisdom, but one thing I know without doubt is that there's no easy path in this world when you're after a worthwhile goal. Hard work, dedication, and persistence are the keys to success! This philosophy has helped me succeed in many areas of my life.
I would love to be your coach. Beachbody has been great to me. I know it can be great to you too. I can help you, hit me up. :-)
And together we can share the love.
To fitness!
Eric
My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight

I’ve been working out at the gym for many years. And I made good progress there—great progress when I worked one-on-one with a trainer. But that was an expensive endeavor, and I couldn’t afford the trainer all the time. After a few months of personal training, I went out on my own, figuring I knew enough of the basics to stay fit.
There, on my own, my weight ballooned. Some of it was due to the fact that I was adding muscle to my frame, but a lot of it had to do with poor eating habits. I knew the rules of proper nutrition, but I always found them too difficult to follow. It was always easier to eat processed crap, than it was to prepare healthy whole foods.
After a couple of years of thinning and thickening around the waist, my brother-in-law introduced me to a program called P90X. I wouldn’t say I was wholly skeptical at first, but I rationalized I was doing just fine on my own. I watched the infomercials on TV, and believed that it was a good solution for some people. But I told myself I was doing just fine at the gym.
My wife came to me one day frustrated with her own inability to lose weight. For various reasons, the gym wasn’t really an option for her, so she would stay home and do some aerobic exercise and run a few times a week. She would run up to four miles a day and yet she wasn’t getting any leaner. I knew the answer to her problem was that she needed to incorporate strength training into her workout so she could build muscle which accelerates fat loss and together we decided we would get her P90X which would help her do just that.
I even decided to stay home from the gym for 90 days and exercise with her to offer moral workout buddy support.
I had no idea that the system would kick my butt the way that it did. P90X is as tough as advertised. I’ve never sweated so hard.
Even better was the clear, easy to follow nutrition plan. This is the area where I had always tripped up. And because of the P90X book of (mostly) tasty recipes, I finally had a clear road map to clean, healthy eating.
And over the first 90 days my wife and I both saw great transformations occurring in our bodies. All those years at the gym melted down to nothing compared to the progress I made during three months of that program. I was amazed and converted. Life changed.
P90X has kicked my butt (and my love handles). After my first round, I cut 20lbs off my body and lost 10% total body fat. The program works. So glad I bought this system!
