I have been married for over 10 years. My husband and I have two boys ages 9 & 7 and a daughter 4. We have two black labs and live in Portland Oregon. We are 99.9% sure we aren't having any more children and I would like to get back, or at least close to my pre pregnancy weight and size and in better shape

Before my first child I smoked and definately did not excercise. I was not overweight, but I lacked muscle.

Before my first child I smoked and definately did not excercise. I was not overweight, but I lacked muscle.
While pregnant with my first child I ate and sat around and went from 130 lbs. to 210 lbs on the day of my delivery. After about a year I was down to around 155 lbs, not due to excercising, but just from day to day activities. I then became pregnanct with my second son and was around 200 lbs at the time of that delivery. A few months after having my son I joined weight watchers which taught me to eat better and excercise. I bought a treadmill, began to exercise and changed my eating habits. I got down to 142 lbs and was probably in the best physical shape of my life, but was not yet where I wanted to be. When I got pregnant with my third child, I got up to around 190 lbs even though I was walking regularly etc. It has been over nin months since my daughter was born and I am somewhat bored with my treadmill. I need something else and I would also like to be more toned.
