I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE IN BETTER SHAPE NOW I WILL BE, WITH YOUR HELP. Update, I am working hard to do the 90 days and stick with it. I have started about 3 times and go off track. I never quit working out. Each time I quit I went back to just lifting weights. I am using this program to try to get a little more cut.
