Throughout middle school and high school I was extremely active, always outside, playing sports (soccer and lacrosse) all the way till I started college in 2005. Once college started all that started to fade away, I would go to class, drink, hang out, eat terrible food in excess (pizza, hot pockets, soda) and gained a decent amount of weight.

That continued until my Junior year of college when my good friend Mike ordered P90X, I gave him a hard time because I didn't think it would work, but then I started looking into it myself and quickly jumped on the wagon and started it myself. I LOVED it and wondered where it had been all my life. I finished my first time through in late August 2008 and had finally gained back muscle and was the fittest I had been in my life, and I loved it.

Once school started my Senior year of college I started slipping again a little bit but then by December I got back into P90X and was very into changing my lifestyle and becoming healthier with all my habits. I cut out soda, and all the junk food (minus a few cookies every now and then, but who doesn't). Currently it is July 2009 and I am almost finished my 3rd time through P90X and have even incorporated P90X+ to the mix to give myself a little more muscle confusion.

I am now currently waiting on INSANITY to come in the mail so when I finish this round of P90X I can start that and keep the results coming! I currently am weighing in at 162 and want to be down to roughly 158 within the next month or so to be at my ideal weight.
