I'm back. I wasn't very successful with the program in the past but I do love the workout. I've been working on understanding nutrition and what works for my body type. I think that I might be successful now that I understand nutrition. I'm a beginner belly dancer that doesn't show her belly and am hoping to do that in the coming year.

This is my third round of P90X. I tried the lean version the first time and changed my eating habits increasing my calorie intake by double. My calorie intake was about 800 - 1000 calories and I never lost weight. I did notice that I was starting to firm up during the first round.

I finished the second round of P90X but on the classic program. I lost a little weight and am noticing things changing a little. I will take a break from P90 and go to spinning and cardio for a month or so.

June 1, starting my third round of P90. I've gained four pounds, have not lost inches but do feel that I'm firming up. Have gone to a physician to check my hormones and thyroid as I feel that should have had some results by now. Thyroid is fine, started HRT.

Starting the third round of P90X after a month break. Discouraged with not seeing results after intense program and healthy eating. Have recently started on HRT to see if hormones are preventing me from seeing the results.
