I have gained and lost the same 50 pounds 3 or 4 times in my life since I was a teenager. I am determined to get to my goal weight of 145 pounds and stay there. I try to be careful with my eating and I am fairly active, I am breaking down the negative thoughts that creep into my head about my body so that I can succeed with this for the last time.
