I am a 38 year old New Jersey girl who currently resides in Wilmington, DE. I have a passion to see people bFIT4Life and live a healthy lifestyle. I have been able to feel amazing results after 4 workouts. I am putting this system to the ultimate test to shred my last 25-30lbs and get ripped.
