I'm a mother and wife here on a farm/ranch. I have 6 children ages 17, 14, 10, 9, 5, 2. I am 39 years old. I've been married 18 years in August. Growing up I was always athletic. I played college volleyball, I'm 5' 6" and had a 28" vertical. Those were the days:)

Any way my oldest daughter will be a senior in high school next year, and I want to get back in shape so that I'm not embarrassed to wear a swimming suit and I can play volleyball with her, not to mention show her how to spike!

I'm also the high school volleyball coach so I want to be in great shape to inspire my players.

As my children get older my main goal is to set a great example for them, not only by being healthy but setting goals and perservering through challenges. There are always going to be struggles and hardships in life not to mention just everyday stress! Exercise and eating is one thing I can control and helps with the other issues in life, to tackle them head on! It's all about character!
