I'm a labor and delivery RN who has been struggling with weight lose,getting fit and toned ever since I can remember! My job requires a lot of high energy and I need to be able to keep up! I'm 4'10 and somewhat petite I guess but every time I gain weight it all goes to my stomach! Ever since I can remember, I've been complaining about the same thing when it comes to my body...I hate my back fat, mu muffin top, and NOTHING looks good on me! I try to buy looser tops to cover it More ...
Ever since I can remember, I've been complaining about the same thing when it comes to my body...I hate my back fat, mu muffin top, and NOTHING looks good on me! I try to buy looser tops to cover it up but there are days when I have nothing else to wear so I just wear my baby tee and a hoodie over it. Only time I would find motivation to work out is when I have a vacation trip coming up or hey, BIKINI season! Unfortunately, it never last and as soon as it's done everything else goes downhill.

I believe it's the past few months when I really started hating my body...even more than usual. Well, hate is a pretty strong word...so more like GROSSED out by my body. lol!

I woke up one day and told myself, JUST DO IT! I know it's hard to condition myself with a set schedule because I work the night shift but I keep reminding myself to at least do a 30min workout NO MATTER WHAT!

So here I am, finally joined beachbody team and here I find my extra umph of motivation I need to keep myself moving.

My ultimate goal is to love my body!
