Hello, I am a 54 year old father of one beautiful daughter. At an early age I had a passion for working out in one way or another. Everything from boxing, karate, running, bike and weight lifting. My passion for karate brought me to be an instructor. I also found weight lifting and the gym to be a place of peace for many years.

Well I finished the 90 days of P90X. Didn't miss a workout and stayed with the diet. I dropped 28lbs and 7% body fat. Total weight is 228 which went far less than my set goals. Big fan of P90X and More ...
Well I finished the 90 days of P90X. Didn't miss a workout and stayed with the diet. I dropped 28lbs and 7% body fat. Total weight is 228 which went far less than my set goals. Big fan of P90X and what I learned along the way about my own body.After all these years who knew..lol..well I guess the people at beachbody! I even used the workout blog which I never thought I would. It's just regular people like me of all ages trying to get fit. The rewards are endless, energy level is up, the way I look is unbelievable at 53, it's great.

Below is my first entry!

So far so good! Finished my first 30days and lost 11 lbs. Today was day one of my second month. Only DVD I can make it all the way through is Kenpo X but I don't find that a big surprise with my back round in Karate. All the others are a work in progress..lol.Who knew I find Yoga the hardest! Glad know one can see me doing that, very funny!

Just finished phase 2, I have lost 19lbs and 4% body fat. Bring on phase 3 I am ready!
