Battle Creek, MI I am a stay-at-home mom of two energetic boys. I am the sole cook, chauffer, maid, lifeguard, and gardener at my house and have become very out of shape. I only work out sporadically in the past, but something always comes up to change my workout routine or I always loose motivation after a while. Several years ago, I began with Power 90 and lost weight, then I've tried just about all of the I am a stay-at-home mom of two energetic boys. I only work out sporadically in the past, but something always comes up to change my workout routine or I always loose motivation after a while. Several years ago, I began with Power 90 and lost weight, then I've tried just about all of the Beachbody programs (I have been an avid member of Beachbody off and on for several years now). Currently, I want to use all of the programs I have then progress to the Master Series. I don't have specific goals this time, because every part of me needs alot of work, but I do want to be healthy and fit, and it is urgent especially since my mom has just been diagnosed with diabetes. But most of all, I need to keep up with my boys!

I wake up everyday with a headache, I am fat and look horrible in all of my clothes. I need to loose weight, especially in my abdomen. I believe losing fat will help keep my body from producing too much estrogen, which causes my migraines.
I want to lose 40 lbs. by this time next year. 20 lbs. by June, 10. I believe in my heart that I can do this, but motivation has always been an issue. I have lost weight before with BeachBody programs, but 6 weeks seems to be where I always get sidetracked and loose momentum. I am so tired of being fat and headachey, and I know that this is not going to be easy. In fact, I know that it will be very hard. But I also know that it will get easier and I will see results. Then I will get excited and I will have to continue to push myself.
