I wake up everyday with a headache, I am fat and look horrible in all of my clothes. I need to loose weight, especially in my abdomen. I believe losing fat will help keep my body from producing too much estrogen, which causes my migraines.

I want to lose 40 lbs. by this time next year. 20 lbs. by June, 10. I believe in my heart that I can do this, but motivation has always been an issue. I have lost weight before with BeachBody programs, but 6 weeks seems to be where I always get sidetracked and loose momentum. I am so tired of being fat and headachey, and I know that this is not going to be easy. In fact, I know that it will be very hard. But I also know that it will get easier and I will see results. Then I will get excited and I will have to continue to push myself.
