When I started losing weight about 4 yrs. ago I weighed 199 lbs. I didn't want to reach 200 lbs., so I started going to weight watchers and that helped. After losing 50 lbs, I couldn't lose any more More ...
When I started losing weight about 4 yrs. ago I weighed 199 lbs. I didn't want to reach 200 lbs., so I started going to weight watchers and that helped. After losing 50 lbs, I couldn't lose any more weight. I stopped going to weight watcher and gained back 15 lbs. At the end of 2008 I decided to try turbo jam. I started this program in Jan. 2009, right after my 30th birthday. I've been doing this program for 3 weeks so far and love it. Now I have to start eating healthier, because I know I can lose the weight I want with this program and get fitter. So I plan on making better food choices and keep up with the workouts to reach my goal weight of 130 lbs.
