Hello,my name is Lloyd Parrish,I have been married to a wonderful woman for over 55 years.We have 3 grown children,6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
and another on the way.
I worked for over forty years and retired in 1994. I do not have a weight problem, so I didn't exercise. After retirement I started an exercise program.but it was not consistent,it stayed pretty much the same over

My daughter,who is a coach,introduced me to Team Beach body early this year. I quickly discovered that Beach Body offers encouragement incentives to start and maintain a healthy life-
style. I joined as a coach so that I could be an encouragement
and help others. I look forward to serving you.
