Motivating and changing lives has always been Rachel’s passion. She has worked with over 3,000 clients. Starting at a young age, Rachel instructed gymnastics and cheerleading which led to her starting up an after-school, youth conditioning camp.
Rachel works in the fitness industry because she is able to work with individuals on all aspects of wellness. She feels strongly about living and promoting a healthy lifestyle for enhancing the quality of an individual’s future. She thrives on educating her clients and making fitness enjoyable so that it becomes a priority in their lives.
She has contributed to Women’s Health Magazine, NBC, Reebok, Beachbody, Exercise TV, Live Strong, and Dancing with the Stars. Rachel currently works as a personal trainer, a group exercise coordinator and a very busy group exercise instructor. She coaches outdoor running and conditioning classes for children, designs and implements corporate wellness programs, and consults as the fitness expert for many highly-respected health and fitness companies.

I was a nationally ranked competitive gymnast for 10 years working out 24 hours a week until I started high school and became a cheerleader. After quitting gymnastics I gained 15 pounds in 3 months. More ...
I was a nationally ranked competitive gymnast for 10 years working out 24 hours a week until I started high school and became a cheerleader. After quitting gymnastics I gained 15 pounds in 3 months. My body was in such shock going from working out 24 hours a week down to 8. Being a freshman in high school I didn’t have much time to workout, nor an interest. I started working out at the gym running on the treadmill and lifting lightweights. That was not fun and I wasn’t seeing any results. I decided to try out something new. I walked into a Turbo Jam class. I didn’t even feel like I was working out. The music and the energy of the instructor and other participants was great! I never knew working out could be so much fun! I immediately became addicted to Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Jam. A year later I became a group exercise instructor and taught Turbo Jam and many other formats. I'm now addicted to exercise, fitness is my high!
