Over the past 6 years my strength and muscle weight have fluctuated a few times. I began to take weight lifting seriously when I was 18. At only 135lbs I had always been thin and wirey. By age 19 I weighed 180lbs with 8% body fat and 28 bmi. I was 5'8''; I'm now 5'9''.Since, my weight and muscle mass have been up and down, my heaviest at 190lbs, lightest 160lbs.
