I am a mother of three who has always adored the idea of nutrition and fitness. (Yes, I said "adored")Dabbling in that area has always been my thing ... probably because I appeared to be fit. Even after having my kids OTHERS thought they wanted to be like me.

But what they didn't know was I was constantly dehydrated because I never drank enough water ... I ate junk food like most everyone else

Today is the first day I set up my profile; taking my current measurements really put my concerns into perspective. Certain things I can no longer wear because they define my biggest problem area and I feel downright uncomfortable with these outfits.

While I will be doing the workout later today (it's 2:50 in the morning right now), my transformation is the decision I've made to be held accountable to others during my fitness journey. It takes action to setup this profile which is only a small start but I did it! Eating healthier and working out is a priority now that I see what changes I need to make. The desire to change is heavy and I won't let it go.

I don't think I have ever done so much planning "for anything" but this program is so special ... I thoroughly enjoy being able to utilize the many resources provided!
